CALLS, the "Center for Anishinaabe Language, Literature and Storytelling", requested a new logo design to better represent their organization while telling the story of their tribe, the Anishinaabe. The logo was to relate to their history, culture, and language. The final combination mark I presented emphasized the importance of the dissemination of information from their tribe through the use of visual metaphors such as the crane and natural imagery.
